Reception
Information and assistance 24 hours (English spoken). Our hotel receptionists kindly attend all the guests who come to the hotel: they answer questions of the customers and guide them requesting any information regarding tours, cultural information, tours, transportation, rental cars, etc.

If you need your clothes cleaned or ironed, put your clothes in the laundry bag located in the closet of each room and give laundry bag to the receptionist.

The Hotel El Rosal have a large room with a capacity of 50 people.It is for its ability to all events, conferences, etc.En now teaches yoga , reiki ,and other projects activities.
workshops
We currently are running workshops in yoga, and spiritual reiqui. We also plane recreational and intellectual workshops.
Tansfers
We offer a shuttle service from airport to hotel and back at a cost of 20.00 dollars per person and 60.00 dollars per group , as well as from the bus station in Cusco to hotel and vice versa.
